Our skilled and committed team of professionals offers unmatched knowledge and expertise in every
consultation. During your consultation, one of our qualified therapists will thoroughly explain your
treatment and its process, review your medical history, and design the most suitable treatment plan
specific for your concern/s.
A test spot is performed for all electrolysis and laser hair removal treatments. This is to avoid
complications, skin reaction or potential side effects. These side effects may not be evident until a few
days up to a few weeks later.

Online bookings are available to conveniently book your appointment via our google page or website.
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your booking is made, along with a reminder via text or email 48 hours before your appointment.
To secure your bookings, we require a deposit of $45 for all consultations and for all appointments 30 minutes and above a deposit of $35 – $55 is required.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can manage our schedule and accommodate all clients.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a deposit may be required for future bookings. This deposit will be applied to your service upon completion, but it will be forfeited in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.
We value both your time and that of our team, and this policy helps us maintain a high standard of service for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your treatment time may need to be shortened. To avoid disappointment and enjoy your full appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early.
